What You'll Do: As a Bookkeeping Float, you'll play a crucial role in our Bookkeeping Department.
Responsibilities
- Verifying patient insurance benefits and eligibility accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with obtaining prior authorizations for procedures and surgeries.
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with patient inquiries.
- Reviewing and process collection adjustments as needed.
- Assisting with insurance audits, including documentation review and follow-up.
- Providing support to the Bookkeeping team and assisting with additional tasks as assigned.
- On-the-job training provided.
