The Patient Accounts Supervisor helps keep our mission sustainable by leading the team responsible for ensuring our services translate into the revenue needed to fund more care. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the billing and coding teams, making sure claims are accurate, timely, and compliant with FQHC standards. You’ll also serve as the go-to problem solver for complex billing issues and a supportive leader who motivates your team while collaborating across departments to improve processes that directly impact patient access and organizational stability.
