About The Position
McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Patient Account Rep for its Ames clinic location(s). Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients. Responsibilities include: Performs clinical duties that maintain the integrity of our accounts. Providers support in our overall financial processes. Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or HiSET
- Excellent verbal, written communication, computer skills, proficient typing skills.
- Customer service experience and working with the public required.
- Pre-employment drug screen, driving history check and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Prefer one year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
