The Patient Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Billing and Patient Accounts areas. Displaying a high degree of initiative and independent judgement, the patient accounts manager continually directs and assesses the accounts receivable and billing functions of the center. The Patient Accounts Manager collaborates and coordinates efforts with other leadership to achieve success in the day-to-day operations and the mission of the Center for Family Health. It is the responsibility of the Patient Accounts Manager to guide and facilitate their staff in meeting all job expectations and required compliance. The Patient Accounts Manager is expected to work in a team-based environment where the approach is a whole person care approach that engages the patient in their health care and requires all team members to be effective and supportive communicators. A high degree of integration and collaboration is required to meet the varying and changing needs of our patients.
