Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bilingual in English and Chinese required.
1-3 years experience in a professional healthcare setting required.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have excellent customer relations.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the medical billing strongly preferred.
Knowledge of EHR software MDLand preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to patients over the phone.
Serve as primary liaison between the patient and billing department to resolve any patient complaints or billing inquires.
Review medical claims and insurance EOB to ensure payments are posted accurately before sending patient statements.
Post patient payments.
Respond to patient correspondence via email or phone call.
Position works remotely.
Other tasks as needed as assigned by manager
