About The Position

Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Supervisor for our Patient Access Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Patient Access Supervisor you will: Supervise Patient Access Dept Staffing Payroll Performance Dialogue Process Performance improvement Create an environment of care Lead and organize department initiatives Use excellent written and communication skills to supervise the staff to ensure that the critical success factors are achieved.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required
Computer experience especially with email, hospital system, Microsoft products

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous hospital leadership experience or equivalent preferred
