The Patient Access Supervisor for the CMC Adult Emergency Department assists the Manager, Director, or AVP in achieving performance goals and standards for Patient Access Departments. Key responsibilities include training registrars, providing performance feedback, registering and pre-registering patients, assisting with staffing, and completing performance appraisals. The role also involves ensuring accurate time recording, maintaining employee records, ensuring mandatory class attendance, representing Patient Access on operational issues, managing daily cash and valuables, and producing reports. The supervisor is expected to interact with other departments and promote a positive hospital image by adhering to Atrium's core values. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a variable schedule.
