About The Position
Patient Access Specialist Do you have excellent customer service skills? Are you wanting to join an organization that truly cares about their employees? Crook County Medical Services District is currently seeking a Patient Access Specialist position for the Sundance Clinic. This position is responsible for the front desk operations of the clinic and is key partner of the overall healthcare team.
Requirements
- Excellent Customer Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Previous receptionist experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Will register patients and schedule patient appointments for the clinics
- Responsible for managing and responding to the clinic faxes
- Will answer phones in a timely and professional manner
- Responsible for keeping medical records up to date
- Will handle and log clinic payments
- Will complete outpatient sheets when necessary
- Other duties as assigned as by clinic manager
