Your Role The Patient Access Specialist – Dental serves as the first point of contact for patients accessing dental services at Near North Health. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient dental care environment. The role includes front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, patient check-in and check-out, insurance verification, and coordination of patient flow, ensuring each patient receives an exceptional experience from arrival to departure. As an integral part of the Dental Team, this role supports dental providers and staff in delivering timely and patient-centered care.
