About The Position

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of Patient Access Services programs, playing a critical role in supporting successful program launches and long-term operational excellence. You will manage complex, cross-functional initiatives that directly impact patient access, reimbursement workflows, and program effectiveness. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will translate business needs into structured processes, scalable solutions, and clear documentation. This position combines strategic project leadership with hands-on execution and continuous improvement. You will operate with a high level of autonomy while influencing outcomes across multiple teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Five to eight years of relevant experience, ideally within patient access, reimbursement programs, or the specialty pharmacy industry.
  • Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives and program launches.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather data, identify issues, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Experience working with PC-based database and reporting tools such as Excel, Access, or similar applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative and consultative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of Patient Access Services program implementations, from planning through launch and post-implementation support.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new programs, product enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure dependencies, timelines, and deliverables are aligned.
  • Ensure new implementations and changes meet documented business requirements through testing, validation, and quality assurance support.
  • Develop business use cases, implementation documentation, and policies related to program and contract maintenance processes.
  • Perform routine audits related to billing setup and operational workflows, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Proactively identify issues, provide solution options, and drive problem resolution across program development and execution.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders through meetings, calls, audits, and third-party reviews as needed.
  • Mentor team members and help prioritize project workloads and day-to-day activities.
