About The Position
The ER Patient Access Representative is a key member of the Emergency Department, working under the direction of the Director of Patient Access. This position is responsible for efficient and orderly registration for Inpatient/Outpatient registrations for the facility. The representative obtains proper patient identification, demographics, and financial information to adequately register the patient.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service
- Highschool Graduate
