About The Position

Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Register patient information accurately in the system Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations as needed Schedule and reschedule appointments Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other fees Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries Maintain confidentiality of patient records in compliance with HIPAA Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient needs and scheduling
