Here’s What You Need: · High School Diploma or equivalent (required) · 1 year of customer service experience (required) · CHAA – Certified Healthcare Access Associate (Upon Hire Preferred) · CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (required within 90 days) Here’s What You Will Do: · Welcome patients and visitors in person and over the phone using professional, compassionate communication that includes greeting, introduction, clear explanation of processes, expected timeframes, and gratitude. · Accurately identify and register patients for Mobile Health visits, ensuring complete and compliant documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR). · Collect and verify demographic, medical, and insurance information, ensuring all required forms and consents are obtained and uploaded appropriately. · Verify insurance coverage and eligibility, obtain necessary authorizations, and communicate coverage details or out-of-network implications to patients. · Provide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing patient needs, concerns, and questions throughout the registration process. · Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and departmental privacy standards at all times. · Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities. · Demonstrate consistent reliability, punctuality, and readiness to adapt to site and schedule changes.
