As part of our dynamic administrative team, you’ll help us deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse community while working in a collaborative, patient-first environment. What You’ll Do Register patients for procedures and appointments with accuracy and compassion. Collect and verify demographic and insurance details, including pre-certifications and authorizations. Coordinate scheduling to ensure a smooth patient experience. Serve as a calm, reassuring presence for patients navigating their hospital visit.
