About The Position

As a Patient Access Representative with Sentara, you will work in Patient Registration for various registration areas of the hospital. This position's primary duties include positively identifying the patient, collecting demographic and insurance information, and admitting the patients. Requirements

HS - High School Grad or Equivalent
2 years of Customer Service and/or Data Entry
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Lieu of two years of experience
Proficiency in Keyboarding
