This role collaborates on performance improvement activities to enhance program efficiency and patient experience, and is responsible for distributing analytical reports. The position utilizes multiple system applications for analysis, report creation, and developing educational materials, ensuring quality, confidentiality, and safety by incorporating knowledge of Trinity Health policies and procedures. It involves compiling information for ad-hoc operational projects, synthesizing and analyzing data to provide detailed summaries with graphical presentations, illustrating trends, and recommending practical solutions that support leadership decision-making and demonstrate program progress and ROI. The representative must maintain a working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as Trinity Health's Integrity & Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
