About The Position

Bring your excellent customer service to UW Health.

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative, Ambulatory – Bilingual to:

Register and create walk in appointments, including with our Spanish speaking
population.
Update Patient Registration Demographics/insurances.
Collect documents and payments upon arrivals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field Required
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field Preferred

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field Preferred
