About The Position

Work Schedule: 100%, day/evening shift working Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. This will include one holiday per year and on-call for one holiday per year. We are seeking a Patient Access Representative, Ambulatory – Bilingual to: Register and create walk in appointments, including with our Spanish speaking population. Update Patient Registration Demographics/insurances. Collect documents and payments upon arrivals. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field Required

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field Preferred
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field Preferred
