About The Position

Work Schedule: 100%, day/evening shift working Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. This will include one holiday per year and on-call for one holiday per year. You will work at West Towne Urgent Care in Madison, WI. Be part of something remarkable Bring your excellent customer service to UW Health. We are seeking a Patient Access Representative, Ambulatory – Bilingual to: Register and create walk in appointments, including with our Spanish speaking population. Update Patient Registration Demographics/insurances. Collect documents and payments upon arrivals. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field Required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field Preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field Preferred
