This remote leadership role drives patient access performance across assigned clinics by leading a team of remote Patient Care Coordinators and partnering with Operations leadership. The manager will monitor access metrics and ensure consistent execution of referral management, scheduling support, insurance verification, and coverage, directly supporting Upstream’s mission, vision, and values.
