The Patient Access Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing scheduling operations across Near North Health's clinical sites, ensuring efficient use of provider and care coordination resources, and maintaining alignment with organizational access and quality goals. This role serves as a central administrative point of coordination for schedule templates, patient access workflows, and appointment optimization-including preventive care, chronic disease management, and dental service integration.
