The Patient Access Lead is a working lead who is responsible for assisting the Site Operations Manager in overseeing the daily duties of the Patient Access Representative (PAR) teams, answering questions, and training staff, coordinating staffing schedules, auditing the team’s work, and re-educating in all responsibilities associated with the prompt and professional registration, check in and check out of OrthoNY patients. Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
