Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention. This role is responsible for exemplary customer service in greeting and orientation of patients and visitors to the hospital. The Patient Access Coordinator interviews patients for complete demographic and financial data to accurately, efficiently, and promptly complete the registration process. They also collect appropriate monies, obtain necessary signatures, and inform patients/guests of hospital regulations, policies, and services. Overlake Medical Center is a 349-bed, nonprofit regional medical center offering a full range of advanced medical services to the Puget Sound region. Led by a volunteer board of trustees, the center employs nearly 3,000 people and has approximately 1,000 active and courtesy providers on its medical staff, including over 200 employed by the organization. Overlake was the first Level III Trauma Center on the Eastside and is recognized for providing award-winning, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
