You support patients by assisting with scheduling, registration, and check-in processes while ensuring information is accurate, confidential, and handled with care. You’ll collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to keep operations running smoothly, contributing to a respectful, efficient, and patient-focused environment within the hospital.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors in person and by phone
  • Schedule appointments and manage check-in processes
  • Register patients and verify insurance and demographic information
  • Scan and maintain required documentation
  • Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments when appropriate
