Schedule: Monday - Friday: 2:30 PM - 8:30 PM Prior to starting in the permanent schedule, you must complete a Mandatory Training for the first 2-3 weeks: Mon - Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Location: Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center - Nebraska Medical Center | Nebraska Medicine Omaha, NE Position Overview – Key Responsibilities of Entry Management In-Person Role Face-to-face interaction with patients and the public is required. Patient & Visitor Services Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Enforce visitation policies, verify employee badges, and manage vendor access. Verify patient appointments in the electronic health record. Confirm inpatient room numbers to assist visitors. Provide wayfinding and escorting support. Performance Expectations Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Meet productivity and quality expectations by completing computer-based worklists and follow-up tasks.
