Contacts scheduled, pre-registered patients prior to service. Visits inpatients prior to discharge who were admitted through the Emergency Department or directly from the physician office. Provides financial clearance for high dollar outpatient procedures that are not pre-registered. Coordinates and resolves all customer service issues related to revenue cycle. Provides upfront pricing and patient responsibility estimates. Performs other administrative duties.
