About The Position

PathGroup is seeking an AP/CP Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pathologist to
join a thriving hospital laboratory in Columbus, Georgia. This full-time role
offers a dynamic opportunity to work within a growing coastal healthcare
community while leveraging the robust subspecialty and operational support of
PathGroup’s extensive network. The ideal candidate will have a strong general
surgical pathology background and a commitment to delivering excellent
diagnostic services in a collegial setting.

Visa Sponsorship:

This position is eligible for J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship, if needed.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• AP/CP Board Certification or Board Eligibility
• Eligible for Georgia medical license
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills

Responsibilities

• General surgical pathology sign-out
• Frozen section and intraoperative consultation
• Clinical pathology oversight responsibilities
• Participation in quality assurance and laboratory improvement projects
