About The Position

Are you passionate about mental health and looking for a meaningful career where you can make a real impact? Legacy Behavioral Health Services is seeking a PATH case manager/cps to join our team in Lowndes County. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting individuals and families throughout South Georgia with compassionate, high-quality behavioral health services. The case manager/cps will be responsible for supervising PATH services and staff, management of 10 county service areas, in addition to promoting PATH services in the community, while helping the homeless community in our area.

Requirements

  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health, nursing, education, sociology, criminal justice, counseling, rehabilitation counseling, guidance counseling or an equivalent field.
  • One year of full-time experience in social services delivery.
  • Knowledge of mental illness required.
  • Must have a valid GA driver’s license with less than 5 points.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise PATH services and staff.
  • Manage 10 county service areas.
  • Promote PATH services in the community.
  • Support individuals and families with behavioral health services.
