About The Position

Join our culinary team and bring your creativity to the Tetons. As Pastry Sous Chef at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, you’ll help lead pastry operations across all outlets—producing elegant plated desserts, baked goods, and specialty items that elevate our guest experience. This position supports the Executive Sous Chef in ensuring excellence in pastry production, presentation, and team development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of pastry or bakery supervisory experience
  • Solid technical pastry skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Fine dining or upscale resort background preferred
  • Culinary or pastry degree preferred; food safety certification a plus
  • Passion for pastry arts and team leadership

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily pastry operations from prep to service
  • Lead and mentor the pastry team with professionalism and creativity
  • Maintain high standards for recipe execution, freshness, and product consistency
  • Manage ordering, inventory, cleanliness, and safety protocols
  • Support event-specific dessert production and menu development
