Prepare and execute all pastry items in all outlets Review the menu cycle of the day Prepare in accordance with the provided recipe or provided information Prepare items typically one day in advance and in accordance with the house count, reviewed sheets and communicate with the lead for further information Assemble the base of the main item Prepare all the components, i.e. sauces, garnishes and store appropriately Replenish any par levels used from the storeroom Demonstrate plated desserts and review with the pantry staff
