Our pastry kitchen, located in the museum’s main commissary kitchen, produces for five cafés, a full-service members’ lounge, and a wide range of catered events across The Met Fifth Avenue and The Met Cloisters. We are seeking a skilled, passionate Pastry Cook with a strong foundation in refined, high-volume pastry production. This role offers a multifaceted experience, from daily café offerings to refined plated desserts for events.
