The Pastry Cook is accountable for the overall success of the pastry and dessert items produced daily in our newly renovated kitchen, which includes an Athanor suite. The Pastry Cook is responsible for the daily preparation, organization, tasting, cleanliness, and creativity of all pastry and baked goods, utilizing ingredients from our 5-acre farm while ensuring superior quality, consistency, and presentation.
