The expectations of a Pastry Cook include scaling, production, and execution of pastry mixes, fillings, individual desserts, frozen desserts, cookies & bars, pies & cakes, and doughs & breads. As a Pastry Cook, you will understand the importance of time management, the quality of each dessert item, and your overall work ethic. The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on production demands, is required. You will m aintain consistent production of Breads, laminated doughs & breakfast pastries, ensuring all items meet established quality and presentation standards. The Pastry Cook will be responsible for managing pastry station operations during service, including station setup, ingredient preparation, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
