About The Position

We are looking for an experienced pastry cook to plate a variety of desserts and pastries. Being able to adhere to health and safety standards while serving guests is a requirement. Requirements

Experience as a line cook, pastry cook, or prep cook with plating knowledge
Great attention to detail, creativity with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
One year of culinary knowledge, technical abilities to create and decorate
Knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, cooking, and baking techniques
Communicating, coordinating, and developing with Executive chefs and supervisors
Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and equipment
Ability to carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to work holiday shifts
Must be eligible to work in the USA

Hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

Plating pastries during regular service hours using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.
Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.
Keep a good attitude and work well on a small team of other like-minded professionals.
