The historic Washington Hilton is seeking a full-time pastry cook to join their culinary team ! This 1107-room property is within blocks of Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan, with The White House and National Mall less than two miles away! The ideal candidate for this position will possess previous experience working with pastry in either a hotel or standalone restaurant! It would be considered an asset for this position to have a valid food safety certification. As a Pastry Cook, you would be responsible creating, preparing, producing and baking all pastries, breads, rolls and desserts for food and beverage outlets in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
