Rate of Pay: $23.38/hour USD Responsibilities: The Pastry Cook III prepares all pastry items. This person maintains a high degree of cleanliness throughout the cooking area. Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes and compute basic mathematical calculations. This person must be able to work a flexible schedule. Complete understanding of allocated stations to work efficiently Banquet and restaurant plated desserts General bakery production – understanding of 2 stations
