Pinyon, the newest concept from Hi Noon Hospitality, brings the coastal flavors and welcoming spirit of the Mediterranean to Old Town Scottsdale. Opening in fall of 2025, the restaurant features vibrant alfresco dining, house made pita, open-flame grilled specialties, crudos, spreads, and seasonal dishes inspired by over 20 Mediterranean countries. Our pastry program will play a central role in delivering a complete dining experience, featuring both traditional and innovative desserts with a Mediterranean influence. Position Overview As Pastry Chef at Pinyon, you’ll lead the pastry program in a high-volume, scratch kitchen. From breads and doughs to elegant plated desserts, you will combine technical skill with creativity to craft offerings that complement and elevate our coastal Mediterranean menu. This role requires strong organization, leadership, and the ability to execute consistently at scale while inspiring the pastry team.
