The Club’s distinction is driven by hiring and growing the very best associates available, who with the proper, enthusiastic attitude and attention to detail, take pride in their own efforts as well as the efforts from the team, and ensure members and their guest are provided with an exceptional experience. The Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for planning, preparing, and executing high-quality baked goods, desserts, and specialty pastries for club members and guests. This role ensures exceptional presentation, taste, and consistency while maintaining high standards of sanitation, safety, and efficiency. The Pastry Chef de Partie collaborates with culinary leadership to enhance the club’s dining experience through creative and seasonal dessert offerings. This position is compensated at $27/hr DOE
