About The Position
The Clinical Pastoral Education Resident will provide pastoral care and crisis intervention to patients, and their families, as well as employees of Erlanger as a chaplain resident in clinical pastoral education.
Requirements
- B. A. or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- M. Div or equivalent
- Completion of at least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education
Responsibilities
- provide pastoral care and crisis intervention to patients, and their families, as well as employees of Erlanger
- provide 24 hour on call duty as assigned
- lend support to the Department of Pastoral Care
- interdisciplinary working relationships
- small group facilitation
- leadership in hospital based worship
- building of community relations
