About The Position

We are seeking a church-planting pastor to join our team with the goal of planting our first daughter church in Northwest Arkansas. The role will include a period (12-24 months) as a pastoral resident at Christ Community Church while building relationships, growing in necessary capacities, and planning towards the church plant. We intend to send the church planter with a healthy core group, a small staff team, and solid financial support.

Requirements

• A gospel-centered approach to life, ministry, and preaching
• Fruitful experience in ministry, especially focused on evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and preaching
• Ordained or willing to seek ordination in the PCA
• A vision for church multiplication for the sake of reaching unchurched and dechurched people.
• Experience starting and leading ministries in the context of a church and/or outside the church
• Completed (or willing to complete) church planter assessment
• Committed to a shared philosophy of ministry as expressed in CCC's mission, vision, and values
• Demonstrated commitment to team based ministry
