About The Position

Milkco is seeking a 2nd Shift Pasteurizer in our Production Department. The hours are 1:00pm to 9:30pm Monday-Friday, and alternating Saturdays. The Pasteurizer is responsible for processing, batching & mixing all fluid dairy and non-dairy products, while following strict production standards and regulations. They are also responsible for maintaining careful production documentation and some monthly preventative maintenance. They must be able to multi-task with a high attention to detail while maintaining a positive attitude and working independently. Milkco will train the right candidate! Compensation Information: Automatic 60-Day Pay Review Automatic Annual Pay Review Shift Differentials Employment Requirements: Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco). Will conduct a Criminal Background Check. Must pass an E-Verify Screening. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs. Experience: Will train the right person. Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must want to work and have excellent attendance. Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people. Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in food or beverage production preferred.
The ability to keep meticulous documentation.
Previous experience with computerized process controls.
Some mechanical aptitude preferred.
Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
