About The Position
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Production Associate position located in Hastings in our Main building. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities that support the entire production process. The successful candidate must be adaptable, proactive, and capable of responding to production needs and requirements. Associates will make products, inspect, record/ report findings, and take appropriate action as needed. This position requires learning and rotating through various work cells, ensuring flexibility and a comprehensive understanding of the process. Associates will be working with fiberglass products and will need to wear task appropriate PPE. This position will report to the Team Lead/Department Supervisor.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- One (1) year of previous manufacturing experience is desired
- Interpersonal skills are necessary to deal effectively with a variety of departments and the mechanical aptitude to meet quality and performance standards.
- Job is physical in nature; may be required, at any time, to stoop; kneel; bend; twist; lift overhead, from waist, or below waist; push and pull.
- Excellent attendance is an essential job function for this position
- Strong attention to detail, team player and a good attitude required.
