The Pass Through Operator is responsible for batches immediately post compounding activities including count reconciliation, tracking activities, and testing of items used during compounding. This role plays a key role in the production process by moving materials from the classified spaces to the downstream operational and quality control functions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for 5+ hours at a time, as needed
• Must have strong discipline and following of Standard Operating Procedures repeatedly.
• Must be able to gown aseptically and pass gowning qualification
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Count reconciliation and tracking for batches immediately post compounding
• Testing of batch compounding components and coordination of testing samples for submission to various other departments
• Coordination of cleanroom inventory needs and management of cleanroom gowning with cross-functional work with Operations department
• Coordination for cleanroom waste disposal
• Cross-training in various other pharmacy operations roles as assigned
