This means you will be expected to report to one of our Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership. Work Designation. If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA, or Columbia, SC, this role will be hybrid. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership. If you live more than 50 miles from the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA, or Columbia, SC, this role will be remote. This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to service and problem-solving
Familiarity with sales processes, client account management, or customer support
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong presentation skills
Strong Microsoft office skills with a focus in PowerPoint and Excel
High School Diploma or Equivalent
4+ years of job-related work experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

Builds and maintains relationships with current clients to support retention and growth
Assists with identifying potential new clients and supports outreach initiatives
Conducts client and sales presentations, surveys, and other engagement activities to assess client satisfaction and needs
Participates in team discussions around sales strategies and service recommendations
Responds to client inquiries and works to resolve routine problems independently or with minimal supervision
Supports quality service delivery by reviewing and providing feedback on sales and support processes
Assists in organizing and delivering tactical training sessions under management direction
Performs other related duties as needed
