About The Position
CCL Label is the leading global supplier of decorative, informational and promotional labels as well as plastic tube packaging to the world’s largest consumer and healthcare companies. Come discover new challenges with a leader in the industry! The CCL Label facility in Lumberton, New Jersey is looking for a Parts Washer to join our team. This is a second shift position. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 3pm to 11pm. Hourly rate is $18.00. We also pay a 10% shift differential.
Requirements
- Knowledge of nano/vis machine. Trained in taking components out of machine and cleaning them.
- Knowledge of gallus screen wash machine for color change, approvals.
- As per FW 993 XL Anilox roll cleaner, assist operator in their parts needs – squeegees, pans, chambers, screens, carts, pumps, etc.
- Fill drawers with supplies
- Knowledge of chambers, components. Disassemble, clean and assemble.
- Knowledge of Kanban use, orders for seals, blades, etc.
- Trained in proper waste disposal
- Aware of chemicals, such as Ethyl, Iso, MEK, Cali, Acetone, normal propyl
- Knowledge of applicator components.
