About The Position

We're looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Parts Warehouse Representative to support our fast-paced and dynamic parts department. As a Parts Warehouse Representative, you will ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage, organization, and distribution of parts and components. Your work directly supports our customers, service department, and overall dealership operations. Requirements

Quick onboarding-often within days of applying
Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 100 lbs.) for extended periods
Strong teamwork and independent work skills
Comfortable using computer systems for inventory and order tracking
High attention to detail in identifying, storing, and picking correct part numbers
Applicants must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the U.S., possess a valid driver's license, and successfully complete pre-employment screening.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with automotive parts is a plus, but not always required (pay based on experience)

Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against packing slips, and report any discrepancies
Stock parts in designated bin locations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
Pull parts to fulfill orders for customers, service technicians, and internal departments
Stage, shrink‑wrap, and load parts for scheduled deliveries
Monitor inventory levels and assist with accurate record keeping
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain clean, well-kept equipment and workspaces
