About The Position

The Parts Warehouse Manager functions as part of the Parts Operations team and is responsible for leading the branch's parts warehouse team. In this role, you will: MANAGE PARTS INVENTORY ensuring maximum profitability and superior internal and external support DRIVE PARTS SALES GROWTH by aligning inventory and warehouse processes to customer demand and equipping branch teams to maximize purchasing opportunities. WORK CLOSELY WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS within the company to ensure that we are operating as a cohesive unit.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience
  • 5 years of inventory experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of parts and service operations
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Team building skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Demonstrated track record of successful leadership
