About The Position
Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick and Hewlett Parts Center in Georgetown, Texas are currently hiring for Parts Warehouse Associates. This is a high volume automotive parts warehouse. We carry genuine GM parts for Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, Hummer, Oldsmobile, Pontiac and Saturn in addition to genuine Volkswagen parts. An excellent team environment and growth potential combine to create an excellent career opportunity. We are looking for focused, self-motivated team members with strong work ethic and verbal communication skills. Experience is a plus but will train the right candidates.
Requirements
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift, push, pull, carry packages of varying sizes and weights
- Discipline and self-motivation
- Enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check and drug screen

Responsibilities
- Pull parts orders for dealership employees and customers
- Handle parts in such a way as to eliminate damage
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt and stocking of freight
- Loading/Unloading delivery vehicle
- Communicate to management of any stock outages or discrepancies
- Other duties as assigned
