Parts Warehouse Associate/Driver - Fowler Chevrolet, CO Job Responsibilities: Receive shipments and verify both the order and the quantities Stocks incoming orders and assign bin locations for all new parts on a daily basis Pick parts for counter salesmen Ensures that all returned parts are checked in and a copy of the invoice is given to the appropriate counterperson for review. The parts are then located and put up. Helps pull, box, label and write up any and all paperwork for all ship-outs. Assists in preparing for and performing annual parts inventory. Assists in annual parts returns. Keeps parts area clean and uncluttered. Assists the parts drivers in pulling parts for deliveries. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards Must be able to take orders for pick-ups or deliveries without hesitation Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors Unloads truck each night. Turns in all paperwork and undelivered parts. Responsible for returning cash or check, along with proper invoice, to the cashier office. Requirements Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier Must be able to communicate with customers in a professional manner Must be able to operate a vehicle in heavy traffic and drive up to 250 miles per day Must be courtesy & professional while driving and must obey all traffic laws Must be able to work in a fast pace environment Must be able to communicate with customers in a professional manner Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Compensation Compensation is based on experience and is highly competitive in the marketplace. Ranges from $20 - $22 / clock hour.
