About The Position

RideNow Powersports -
Ft. Thunder Harley-Davidson, with over 50 locations
nationwide, is looking for a Parts to Service Associate.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a motorcycle, powersports, or automotive dealership service department (preferred)
• Ability to accurately locate, quote, and organize parts using digital catalogs
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with parts inventory stocking, returns, and financing processes
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• ACCURATELY LOOK UP PART NUMBERS AND RESEARCH ALTERNATIVES FOR UNAVAILABLE OR BACKORDERED ITEMS
• BUILD PARTS ESTIMATES AND PICK TICKETS FOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT REPAIR ORDERS
• SUPPORT TECHNICIANS AND SERVICE WRITERS BY PULLING, ORGANIZING, AND CASHING OUT PARTS AS NEEDED
• TRACK, ORGANIZE, AND MAINTAIN SPECIAL ORDERS AND LAYAWAYS FOR SERVICE JOBS
• KEEP THE PARTS-TO-SERVICE AREA CLEAN, EFFICIENT, AND WELL-ORGANIZED
• COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH SERVICE ADVISORS AND MANAGERS REGARDING PARTS AVAILABILITY, BACKORDERS, AND TIMELINES
• ENSURE TIMELY AND ACCURATE PARTS FULFILLMENT TO MAXIMIZE TECHNICIAN PRODUCTIVITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
• COMPLETE TASKS AS ASSIGNED
