About The Position

Parts Support - Maintenance Pay: $15.00 per hour Shift & Working Hours: Hours are flexible, approximately 20 hours minimum per week, between 7:00 am-4:00 pm. Description of Job Tasks: Inventory Management Frequency – Daily/Weekly Time Commitment – 10 min/60 min Skill – Basic organization and math Task – Maintaining records. Parts Organization Frequency – Daily/Weekly Time Commitment – 10 min/50 min Skill – Basic organization Task – Cataloging inventory to ensure it is organized and in the correct location. Housekeeping Frequency – Daily/Weekly Time Commitment – 10 min/50 min Skill – Basic organization Task – – Daily cleaning of the parts crib to ensure it meets cleanliness standards. Legible Record Keeping Frequency – Daily/Weekly Time Commitment – 10 min/50 min Skill – Basic organization Task – Maintaining records. Misc. Frequency – Daily/Weekly Time Commitment – 10 min/50 min Skill – To be determined. Task – As needed. Required Experience and Skills: Must be 18 years or older 6+ months of work experience in manufacturing industry Experience in cycle counting and inventory Basic computer and math skills Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful Physical Requirements: Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present Required to work scheduled shift which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime About Land O'Lakes, Inc. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
6+ months of work experience in manufacturing industry
Experience in cycle counting and inventory
Basic computer and math skills
Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
